Terms & Conditions

These terms govern purchases from this store, operated in the Arab Republic of Egypt. Placing an order means you accept them.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes. An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel and fully refund an order in case of a clear pricing error or stock issue — we’ll tell you immediately if so.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are working days and start from dispatch, not order placement. Risk passes to you on delivery. If a COD order is refused at the door without cause more than twice, we may require prepayment on future orders.

Returns

As described on the Shipping & Returns page: 14 days from delivery, unworn with tags, collected by our courier. Personalized embroidered items are excluded except for manufacturing faults, which are covered for 90 days.

Intellectual property

The Dr. B name, logo, product designs and site content are our property. Product photography may not be reused commercially without written permission.

Liability & law

Nothing here limits rights you have under Egyptian consumer protection law. These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt; disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
