  • Cairo & Giza: 1–2 working days — EGP 60
  • Alexandria & Delta: 2–3 working days — EGP 75
  • All other governorates: 2–5 working days — EGP 90
  • Orders over EGP 1,500: shipping is free, everywhere in Egypt

You’ll get a WhatsApp and email confirmation when your order ships, with a tracking link. Our courier calls before delivery — if the timing is bad (we know your schedule is not a normal schedule), tell them and they’ll re-attempt next day at no charge.

Payment on delivery

Cash on delivery is available on all orders. You can also pay by card, Vodafone Cash, InstaPay, or split it with Valu at checkout.

Returns & exchanges

14 days, genuinely easy. Wrong size, changed your mind, or the color isn’t you — no interrogation. Here’s the whole process:

  1. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number
  2. Keep tags on and the garment unworn (trying on at home is fine — a shift is not)
  3. Our courier collects from your address
  4. Exchanges ship as soon as we receive the original; refunds land within 5–7 working days by your original payment method (or wallet transfer for COD orders)

Manufacturing fault at any point in the first 90 days? Photo it on WhatsApp and we replace it. No forms, no debate.
