Our Story

Dr. B started with a bad pair of scrubs. Specifically: a stiff, boxy set that looked fine at 8 am and felt like cardboard by midnight. The resident wearing them — the “B” in Dr. B — kept a running list of everything wrong. Waistband that dug in during long procedures. Pockets a phone slid straight out of. Fabric that faded grey after ten washes. A cut that fit nobody because it was drawn for no one.

That list became a design brief. We spent two years testing fabrics with nurses, surgeons, dentists and vets across Cairo and Alexandria — real shifts, real laundering, real movement — before we sold a single set.

What we believe

Workwear is not a punishment. You chose one of the hardest professions there is. The garment you spend more waking hours in than anything else you own should fit properly, move with you, and look like something you picked — not something you were issued.

Fit is not one number. That is why every Dr. B style comes in XS–3XL and in classic, slim and jogger cuts — and why our tagline is a promise, not a slogan: a unique fit for every shift, and for every person working it.

Made for Egypt. Our fabric weights are chosen for Egyptian summers and over-air-conditioned wards alike. Our sizing is built from measurements of Egyptian medical staff, not imported blocks. Where we are now
