Sizing & fit

I’m between sizes — which do I pick?

Take the smaller size for a tailored look, the larger for a relaxed fit — the 4-way stretch covers you either way. Or WhatsApp us your measurements and we’ll call it for you.

Do the joggers run true to size?

Yes. Jogger and slim cuts are drafted on the same body measurements as classic — the difference is the shape, not the size.

Will the fabric shrink?

No. FlexShift™ is pre-shrunk and dimensionally stable through cold washing and low tumble drying. Hot washes and high heat drying will shorten any garment’s life — ours included.

Orders & delivery

How fast is delivery?

Cairo & Giza 5–7 working days, everywhere else in Egypt 2–5. Free over EGP 2,000.

Can I pay when it arrives?

Yes — cash on delivery is available nationwide. Cards, Vodafone Cash, InstaPay and Valu instalments are available at checkout.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If it hasn’t shipped, yes — WhatsApp us your order number and the change. We usually ship same or next day, so message quickly.

Returns

What’s the return window?

14 days from delivery, tags on, unworn. We collect from your door. Full details on the Shipping & Returns page.

Can I return embroidered items?

Personalized embroidery can’t be returned for change of mind — but anything with a manufacturing fault is replaced, embroidered or not.

What’s the minimum for volume pricing?
